Personal data – enquiry form
When making an enquiry using our enquiry forms, you enter personal data, be it your e-mail address or other data. This data is used exclusively to contact you, to put together the best possible offer for you and to continuously improve our products and service. Your data will be forwarded to the appropriate persons within our company or within our partner companies as required; it will only be forwarded to partners or third parties with your express consent. Cookies – efficient working
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. Use of YouTube plugins
We use the provider YouTube for the integration of videos. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC, headquartered at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google Inc. with headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

We use plugins from the provider YouTube on some of our websites. When you access the web pages of our website that have such a plugin – for example our media centre – a connection to the YouTube servers is established and the plugin is displayed. This tells the YouTube server which of our web pages you have visited. If you are logged in to YouTube as a member, YouTube assigns this information to your personal user account. When you use the plugin, e.g. by clicking the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your YouTube user account and other user accounts of YouTube LLC and Google Inc. before using our website and deleting the corresponding cookies of the companies. If you have given your consent to the respective social media operator in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a GDPR, your data will be automatically collected and stored for market research and advertising purposes when you visit our online presences on the above-mentioned social media, from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. Data collection when installing the app
When you download the app, the necessary information is transferred to the app store you use (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play Store), in particular your username, email address and customer number of your account, time of download, payment information and the individual device identification number. However, we have no influence on this data collection and are not responsible for it. We only process the data provided to the extent necessary to download the app to your device. We do not store this data for any other purpose.

Principles of data processing
You can use this app without providing us with any personal data about yourself. If you do not provide us with any personal data yourself, we only collect general statistical usage data to analyse general app usage (e.g. how often the app has been downloaded or certain links have been accessed). We collect and use this data exclusively in non-personalised form; in particular, IP addresses are not stored. It is not linked to other data or used for other purposes.

Authorisations
The following system authorisations must be granted to the app so that you can use all the app’s functions. The authorisations required by the app depend on the operating system you are using.

Android (Google)
If you are using Android, the app requires access to your device’s network connections to load and update the app’s content. The app also requires access to your device’s camera. This authorisation is required so that you can scan our so-called “marker” and thus view the digital content on your device. No photos are created or saved in the process. The app cannot access your saved photos either.

iOS (Apple)
If you use the iOS operating system, the app requires access to your device’s camera. This authorisation is required so that you can scan our so-called “marker” and view the digital content on your device. No photos are created or saved in the process. Rights to information and cancellation
