What can you do new with a product that has been tried and tested for 150 years?
We think a lot!
Modern logistics concepts that secure your supply, new paper qualities that reduce weight and therefore CO2 and slim corrugated profiles so that you don't transport air. We produce better corrugated board for better corrugated board packaging, greater efficiency, and maximum conservation of resources.
Our idea
We want to take a step forward. Modern corrugated board for our packaging. Lightweight and yet stable. Produced on the best machines currently available to really achieve the optimum. Efficient, produced in one place and perfectly integrated logistically.
A greenfield project but with a direct connection to the existing infrastructure of packit!
From the flute to the packaging
We develop and produce your corrugated cardboard packaging, all from a single source and at a single location. Logistically optimised thanks to lower volumes, higher processing quality and printable using flexographic printing.
This means more efficient use of resources, better packaging, and a lower environmental impact.
The most modern production
Built in 2024, the w-well is a factory of the latest generation. State-of-the-art machines, regenerative energy systems with corresponding storage options reduce the use of fossil fuels. The paper supply from local suppliers, state-of-the-art processing and full integration into a modern logistics infrastructure also help to optimise our ecological footprint.
Flute profiles
Packaging in modern F, E, B-Next and C-Next flutes
Achieving more with less. We follow the economic principle and create better packaging with reduced volume and lower C02 emissions. New systems installed in 2024 enable the production of packaging in modern F, E, B-next and C-next flutes of the latest generation.
Less weight thanks to lightweight papers
As the name suggests, lightweight papers are thinner and lighter than traditional corrugated base papers. This results in a considerable reduction in weight throughout the entire packaging process. When used correctly in combination with modern production technology and modern flute profiles, the necessary stability values can be achieved with reduced material consumption. This means intelligent sustainability for a wide range of applications.
